InsertionLogic™ is a touchscreen-based application that allows machine administrators and operators to efficiently, effectively, and safely operate machines that insert fasteners into materials such as sheet metal, at forces up to 8 tons!  Computer component manufactures, automobile manufacturers, and many other markets have come to rely on Haeger's expertise in this field, and it has been our pleasure to partner with Haeger and to contribute to their remarkable product line.

Machine operators control Haeger presses by using the touchscreen to create and retrieve programs for jobs, set "force", "vacuum", and other settings, set alerts if fasteners are not inserted properly, change tools automatically, and other key operations.

Machine administrators can set up and save programs for each specific customer or job, so that operators can simply pull up a predefined job and go straight to work.  Tools, fasteners, forces, and all other machine settings are instantly configured!

Operators can quickly choose which fasteners to insert from lists in the software, then InsertionLogic™ automatically retrieves the proper tooling numbers and sets forces and other values.
